Naozaj som priam neuverite\u013ene trpela, ale pripadala som si ako tu\u010dn\u00fd obor. Dnes u\u017e viem, \u017ee som tak\u00e1 nebola.  No napriek tomu som si myslela, \u017ee som sn\u00e1\u010f najtu\u010dnej\u0161ia \u017eena plan\u00e9ty. Mama si v\u0161ak hne\u010f v\u0161imla, \u017ee so mnou nie je nie\u010do v poriadku a dala mi poriadne ve\u013ek\u00fa predn\u00e1\u0161ku. Samozrejme, o \u010dom inom, ako o poruch\u00e1ch pr\u00edjmu potravy. Bol to poriadny \u0161ok, preto\u017ee dovtedy som o nie\u010dom takom skoro v\u00f4bec neprem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala. Pre\u010do by som to aj mala robi\u0165. Za\u010dala som sa teda s\u00fastredi\u0165 na to, aby som schudla zdravo. Potrebovala som poriadne spalovace tukov, aby som jednoducho prestala ma\u0165 chu\u0165 objeda\u0165 sa. Jedla som pravidelne, ale v mal\u00fdch porci\u00e1ch a sna\u017eila som sa jes\u0165 len zdravo. Aj ke\u010f, prizn\u00e1vam sa, ob\u010das si u\u017e dovol\u00edm aj mal\u00fd prehre\u0161ok. C\u00edtim sa v\u0161ak v\u00fdborne.
